House Rules

This is a family home, not a party home. There are quiet hours 11pm to 8am. Please respect our home and our neighbors.
*12 Guest Max without host approval, there is a small fee for more or they are not permitted to stay
Check in 3pm Check out 10am
*No smoking Home 🚭
*Only 4 cars fit in driveway, No parking in garage or lawn.
*Any others can use street parking, it's directly in front of home.
* Empty all trash at check out in outside cans, run dishwasher, start a load of USE D towels in the washer upon departure. Do not remove bedding.
*Absolutely NO PETS
*We provide a gas grill and gas fire pit for your use, but gas is not a guarantee, gas is the guests responsibility.
*Lock doors, windows, turn off lights and outdoor fan at night.

PLEASE NOTE! A POOL WAS ADDED!
Please keep floats out of the pool when not in use and back yard lights off at night when not in use.
*Feel free to use pool net to take out top debris and leaves, pool is vacuumed and balanced Thursdays.
*Absolutely NO children swimming without adult supervision, we/our home are not liable for injuries, life threatening behaviors, or any incidents regarding the pool. While pools are fun, swimming is a serious responsibility and should be approached with caution. Camera facing pool for safety and security only.
*If unsafe behavior is occurring, we will not allow the use of the pool during the duration of your stay.
